Print and sign your name on the outside of the envelope along the sealed flap. Place this envelope inside of another envelope and either personally hand deliver to either David Martincic or Jim Tucker prior to the start of NFOA’s next scheduled meeting at 7:00PM, Monday November 9th at Lee High School.
