Batavia Lions Peace Poster Contest

	The Lions Club of Batavia recently announced winners of its first Peace Poster Contest during its meeting at Bohn’s Restaurant. Students at local schools participated. Winners were, Katie Dessert, 11, of Wolcott Street School — Title: Unknown; Emily Fischer, 15, of St Joe’s — Title: ‘‘Children see no Color’’; and Annmarie George, 12, of Elba — Title: ‘‘Breaking to Freedom.’’ Each winner received a certificate and $20.
